Weichert, Realtors - GK Realty is a full service real estate office that is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Dover, NH. 

Our office was founded in 1973 by Gregorious Koutrelakos and is now owned and operated by his daughter, Gaye Dean.  Gaye has been in the real estate field for over 20 years and specializes in representing both Buyers and Sellers. 

In May of 2007 GK Realty teamed with Weichert, Realtors, one of the fastest growing privately owned real estate companies in the US.  Weichert, Realtors currently has offices in 35 states, a total of 560 offices & 72 new offices just in 2007. 

The merger enabled us to offer more tools and exposure for our clients and customers.
