During our search for a new home, our first home, in the summer of 2005, we had a specific area and price range in which we were looking.  Several other Realtors indicated that the price we wanted would not be found in the area we wanted.  Further, some Realtors were extremely unhelpful in the search.

I am writing this letter for Sara Heslep who is has been my pleasure to meet approximately 5 or 6 months ago.  At that time I was doing retail business at another address here in Dover, NH on Central Avenue and had been looking for another place to relocate for some time.  I was unhappy wiht the situation I was in and Sara knew this and decided to make it her mission to help me get out of there, and she did just that by showing me several locations in the area.

After several visits to my show and assessing my needs as far as square footage needed, etc. she brought me to a rental space here on Second Street, which at the time I wasn't sure if it would work or not but with the encouragement and help from Sara I decided this would be my new place of business and here I am, a happy camper on 10 Second Street thanks to Sara.

Even my customers comment how much nicer my new shop is and how assessable it is to a lot of my older customers or those with disabilities.  I must also add that a new hand guard railing was installed shortly after I moved in and requested it.

It has been my pleasure to meet and work with Sara and would recommend her to anyone looking for relocation property or anything regarding property purchase.
